You can layer add-ons such as carpet deep cleaning, interior and exterior window cleaning, and appliance interiors at checkout. Have a one-off or special request? How much do your services cost?

Pricing is based on home size (square footage), the package you choose (interior, exterior, or bundle), any add-ons, and how often you book. The Services page shows current premium pricing tables and add-on options; checkout calculates your total before you pay. You can also request a free quote with no obligation.

Are your team members insured and bonded?

Yes, all our team members are fully insured and bonded. We carry comprehensive liability insurance and surety bonds to protect your property and provide peace of mind.

What areas do you serve?

How do I schedule a service?

Book online: open the Services page, choose your package and add-ons, then continue through checkout to pick your date and time. You can also use the Quote page, call (210) 990-5545, or—if you have an account—use the customer portal to manage bookings. We will work with you to find a time that fits.

Do you provide your own cleaning supplies?

Yes, we bring all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. We use eco-friendly, professional-grade products that are safe for your family and pets.

What if I'm not satisfied with the service?

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll return to fix any issues at no additional cost.

Do you offer recurring cleaning services?

Yes. Choose a frequency that works for you—weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly—and book through the same online flow. Recurring customers can manage visits in the customer portal and earn rewards points toward future discounts.

Are you available for urgent or same-day needs?

We are not an on-call 24/7 emergency service. For urgent timing (same-day or rush requests), call (210) 990-5545 and we will tell you honestly what we can fit into the schedule. Rush or off-hours work may include an additional fee when available.

How do I pay for services?

Online checkout uses secure card payment (processed by Stripe). In the customer portal you can save a default payment method for faster repeat bookings. If you need a different arrangement, ask our team when you book.

Do you clean during holidays?

Some dates may be closed or have reduced slots; the booking calendar shows live availability. Planning around a holiday? Book early or contact us to confirm options.

What should I do to prepare for cleaning?

Clear small clutter from countertops and floors so we can reach surfaces easily. Set aside anything fragile you do not want touched. If you want beds made, leave fresh linens out. You do not need to deep-clean before we arrive—we bring supplies and equipment.
